File out the Form and email it to Toniacameron@aol.com. Cost to join the Scouts is $165.00 for the Year.  This fee breakdown is $85.00 goes to National and $80.00 goes to our Three Rivers Council. The Annual Year is November &#8211; October.   This does not include fees for Summercamp and Twilight Camps.
